I got this new 30-minute slim down body sculpt DVD for free from Listia. I have been doing this since last week and it would really make you sweat and get on your feet. I haven't work out this week though because I got my period which isn't nice. I think I'll start again next week.
This DVD has Yoga Stretches, Stress Stretches, and more. I have two left feet so I am kind of thrown off with the steps sometimes but with few practice, I will get all the steps right (I hope) lol. What is important is for me to keep moving. Sitting down a lot of times in my computer chair is what giving me this big fat in my tummy. I haven't use this in a long time but I have been doing planks and I can actually see a big difference already.
