Hair, Skin, and Nails Supplement and September Family Photo

I woke up with a migraine today but we had things to do so I  took some headache medicine and   went on with our plan.  Before we left,  I reviewed my  to do list panicked a little because   I thought we still  have another week with September but I was completely   surprised that today is in fact the last  day of the month, ugh.  Where did the time go? 
Anyway,  before my  pregnancies, I used to have thick hair and seldom  get skin allergies.  For some reason, after my son was born, my hair started falling  off and now it is getting thinner and thinner  that you can almost see my  scalp  which  makes me seek for some alternatives to get my thick hair back.  I was lucky to have been sent  a bottle of this Ultimate Hair, Skin, and Nails dietary supplement from SeabuckWonders.

This product has a combination of  biotin and  sea buckthorn oil that boosts  the health of your skin, hair, and  nails. The Sea buckthorn oil's omega content nourishes and restores the  cellular health throughout the body. People like me who have issues with  skin and hair can really benefit  the soothing effect of this supplement.    I have only been  taking this for a week and I can already  see the effect it is  creating on my hair.  I've seen lesser hair in the shower drain now and I am very happy about that.  
To continue with our goal of taking one family picture every month, here is for the month of September.  This was taken  a couple of weeks ago after we attended the mass at church.  We thought of taking it in the backyard while the weather still permits us to do so.

Volleyball and Badminton Fun

As I  have mentioned over in my other blog, we  attended a party at the last week of August over at Beaver PA.   The homeowner lives in a secluded area where  neighbors are far and he has a  decent amount of land for his  farm animals.  They set up a badminton  set in the yard and we had so much fun with it.  
 It's been a while since  we last played this game (five years ago maybe) so we were  glad to have the opportunity to play again.
These two  are very competitive and they always  want to do best in  everything that  they do.  It is a  kind of a  curse of sometimes because when  they feel like they won't do well, they don't want to try it.  They do love badminton and tennis so they were happy to see the set as soon as we arrived in the farm.
We interacted with the farm animals first then they played badminton.  Because of this, they want a set of badminton that we can set in our backyard.  I am not sure if our backyard would be big enough for this but we will see.  They also want a pingpong  set for Christmas because they had so much fun playing with it during our Vegas trip.
We used the same net to play volleyball.  I love playing volleyball so even if I didn't know these people I  played with them.  Some of them have already filled with beer so it was funny seeing them  stumble at times.  
I just wish I would have  worn a sports clothes  and shoes  that day, it would have been comfortable.  I indeed up removing my shoes because it was hard running with it.
 I think  the homeowner have  few beers before he played and he landed his put wrong when he leaped and he  had an injury.  He had to go to the  hospital and left  his guests there because his foot  swelled up right away.  This is why, you should play any sports when you have alcohol in you, it calls for a disaster.  I felt so bad for him because he  hosted this party to have fun but indeed up getting hurt.

Ways You Can Boost Your Metabolism for Weight Loss

Your metabolism is often an overlooked part of weight loss. There are many diets available, and in one way or another, they are geared toward reducing your calories. What is metabolism?

Although you cut back on calories with a diet, your body will also convert the food  slower. The result is that you will become weak, as your body instinctively conserves energy. Exercise
This has to be mentioned because it is a great way to increase your metabolism, but as mentions previously, when you cut back on calories you will become weaker. However, it is still a good idea to use some form of exercise to bring up your metabolism a little. It is possible to incorporate light exercise that is not too strenuous that will still increase your metabolic rate. Things such as walking or light weight lifting will often do the trick. 

Eat more protein
Our body gets its energy from three sources: protein, fat and carbohydrates. The latter two sources do not increase your metabolism quickly. This is especially true of carbohydrates. Protein, however, increases your metabolism the fastest, and unlike the other two sources, it contains less calories per gram. This means that a diet high in protein has a better chance of keeping you slim or helping you to lose weight. In addition, protein will help keep your energy up so you can do more exercise.

Not only does this wonderful liquid provide anti-oxidants to protect your body from disease, but it also increases your metabolism. It does this without you doing any exercise.
