BeautyBox5's goal for the month of November is to give YOU graceful  ladies the glow you deserve  at an affordable price through their selection of beauty products.  With these product selection, you will get an extra ten minutes of pampering that would make your  body  dance for joy.
This Deep Moisture Body Wash  is the latest breakthrough  from Dove.It has a rich lather that will leave your  skin softer and soother after you shower.  I don't use  body wash regularly but whenever someone give  one to me as a give, I truly enjoy it. I  must admit that I love this Dove.  I love the easy it makes my skin feel so soft and smell so fresh as well.
We love traveling  as a family and I love this  Refillable Travel bottle from Afterfeather.  I have  a few that I I bought before and we uses it all the time.  Glad to have an addition that I can use for lotion and stuff.  I love that this bottle is TSA approved so no worries during  baggage checks.
I love Hask products.  I am glad that this Revitalizing shine oil was included in this month's box because the  other one I received last time is almost  empty.  This is my first time trying the macadamia nuts infused oil to make my hair  a lot healthier.  You can use this after  you condition your hair and watch your hair strand  come back to life again.
This Floss Picks and case is one of y favorites this month.  Sorry about the picture, I missed the  mark in taking a photo of the subject wahh.  I love the fact that I can put this in my purse and have it all the time.  This would save me during embarrassing smile moment.
Peonies  Beauty
One of my favorite flowers is peony because not only they are beautiful but they smell so good and so sweet!  i didn't  imagine that I would be able to use a product  for my skin that is infused with peony, this is awesome!
This Laura Ashley Body Butter  is great in nourishing your skin, I love it!  My skin tend to dry during cold season and I find this body butter to works great  in giving my skin the nourishment it needs to stay   healthy and free of dryness.
Thank you so much once again  Beauty Box 5 for the fabulous   selection this month!

October Fitness and Family Issues Back Home

So let me fill you in with what went on with our family last month.  It was the most stressful month for me this year because not only that my Mom's house was  wrecked by the typhoon but one of my sisters  was diagnosed with a tumor called myoma.  Losing my Dad and my brother not too long ago makes me  paranoid when circumstances like this happen from my family back home.   It is  super hard that you want to be with them but you can't because you are thousand miles away.

Anyway, the second week of October  was the finale for  the Biggest Loser  contest at my husband's work.  My husband's team won  the fitness competition and was awarded  $545 each.  God really provides for everything we need in every possible way.  If you can remember, I made a post  asking for donation for my sister's surgery because we really did not have the budget that she needs.  I am very thankful for all of you  who have contributed financially and prayed for my sister.  My husband gave $400 of his winning money and we sent it together with the donated money to my sister.  She had the surgery last October 29th and is now recuperating  at their  home, although still very weak.  Thank you  all from the bottom of my heart for your willingness to help even though you don't even know me or let alone my sister.  May God continue to bless you for your  compassion, kindness, and generosity!
On the other note, my fitness routine  last month was mostly walking after dropping off my kids  from Mondays to Fridays and  some yoga routines at home.    I tuned up my yoga routine   with these energizing and unusual poses that I  read from the Shape Magazine.
The first set of poses above is called working dog  for legs, back, arms and core.
The next set of poses is called  eagle warrior.  This works for legs, butt, core, and arms.
The poses above are called devotional lunges and squats.
These last poses are called shining chapasana, strong surrender, and grooving side plank.
I am not very flexible so these poses aren't really very easy to  do.  I seldom do yoga but it really makes you feel good afterwards.  My stubborn tummy fats is not going down without a fight.  It would take a long time before I could finally achieve my goals but it's okay.  the weather is getting colder and colder so I doubt if I could still continue my outdoor routine.  It looks like I will be going back to my  treadmill again.  You may  take a look at the photos of my walking Journey for the month of October here.  Thank you for  reading and commenting.
