A Healthy Mom is a Stronger Mom : Family Fitness Race

I love all these written sayings from MOM users of the  Fe Fit Kit, they are very  inspiring.
  • Take some ME-TIME because YOU Deserve IT!
  • Become a Better version of yourself,.  It's all about you.
  • Reengage what is possible for you.
  • Show your children what it means ti be active and FIT.
  • Never underestimate the power of a good workout
  • Being a Mom is challenging but rewarding.  Your workout should be no different
  • When I work out I feel better, I sleep better and I have more energy.  It makes me a better MOM!

So what is Fe Fit? Fe Fit is a Fitness routines compiled in different segments  created by  two  moms to help other moms  rebuild, recharge,  and  reclaim their woman figure after pregnancy.  I received a 90-day Fitness Experience Kit to try.   Fe  Fit is consist of 28 unique work outs incorporating some of the latest fitness  trends.
U so love the packaging.  You can  almost feel them saying "It's a gift for you!"  I love the  Fe Fuel Protein and Energy Bar that they included in the box along with the discs and guide containing the information of what you need to  know about the company, the  founder, and the work outs.
What's with  the Name Fe?  Fe is named after the periodic symbol of iron.  Iron is strong,  versatile and essential to a healthy life. It also quite literally, makes up the core of our world.  While it hs the natural strength about it,  it has the potential to transform into so much more.  The Founders,  Melanie and Renee believes that FE perfectly  represents the strewnght in motherhood which I agree. Moms are the core element of the familyn the strengths that holds it together.  With Fe Fitm you can be transformed into a healthier, stronger , and happy Mom.  A Healthy Mom is a Stronger Mom, do you agree?
I love that the kit has stickers, you can   mark the days of your work out.
The workouts  include core, barre, total body toning,   cardio circuit. lower body, stretch flow, and upper body.  It is a complete set of workouts that would really tone you down in 90 days if you stick to the routine.
I have been doing a 30-minute work out time  since last week.  I can't see any changes in my  body yet but I can feel the difference.  The first day I tried the  first disc, I was like  dying and  catching my breath lol.   Despite being active with our walks, I still need to work on other things to  achieve my fitness goal so I am glad that I have this Fe Fit to try.
On another note, I would like to share this  first  2 Mole Walk Race we have participated into at our community.  We signed up for it this year  because we wanted to experience how i-t is.  Hubby and I were planning to run the  5k Classic Race but we thought it would be fun if we all do it so we only signed up  for the 2k Walk race so that our kids can do it too.
This was held at Marland Heights  on August 21 and we certainly had a blast even though we did not  know what to expect.
I even saw one of the Moms from school  who  was also a first time runner on the event.  Don't our outfits matches with the color scheme of the Fe Fit?
We also paid for our kids but they were disappointed that they did not get a number.  For this event, we paid $48 for the four of us.  It includes snacks  after the  race.  I am not sure how many years they have been doing this  event but the registration is a bit disorganized.  They seem to know know  what to do.  We  had to ask for our meal tickets because the  table where we registered to did not know about it.  It seems like they were not briefed of what  to do.
Nevertheless, it was a fun event.  We had our  exercise for that  day and  we got to do it as a family.   It was  our very first  in participating to the community event.   We have been  doing   long walks  but not as a race.  We did 15k a couple of times and lots of 5Ks over the course of the summer.
Hubby and I are trying our best to stay fit and  eat healthy  so we can show our kids how important it is to be healthy.
Events like this gave our  kids a chance to  drink soda hahaha.  We don't  buy soda for home consumption so when they get the chance, it's  like a treat although they know what  soda can do to their body.  Anything in moderation is not bad so we let them indulge once in a while.
We will be doing a fitness walk race again  next month.  My husband's work is sponsoring a race so we are planning to participate to that.
I will be  updating this post when I reached 90 days to see  if there's a change in my body shape.  I hope that I can stay motivated and keep up with the routine.  If I can aford it, I would love to get their FÉ FIT 90 DAY ULTIMATE KIT because it has everything that you need!  For now, I am happy with what I got.  Thank you Fe Fit for the opportunity.

How to Resize Your Photo with the Movavi Photo Batch

Do you want to make a photo in your collection larger or smaller than its current size? From time to time you may very well have to – and to do so you will need to know how to resize your photos. While there are several ways to do so, most will require you to fiddle with complicated settings that may be difficult and tedious, especially if you’re inexperienced.

Rather than put yourself through that ordeal, the easiest way out is to use a pictureresizer that is intuitive and user-friendly – such as the Movavi Photo Batch. By doing so, you won’t have to worry about technical details or obtuse settings, and will be able to focus on just getting the job done and resizing your image the way that you want to.

Deciding on an Image Size

The first thing you should do is decide on the image size that you want to resize your photo into. Do you want it to be scaled up or scaled down based on the current dimensions, or would you rather convert it to a fixed set of dimensions.

If you’re not sure what that means, think of it this way: You can choose to resize your photo to 200% of its current size (meaning double) or even 50% (meaning half) or any other percentage like that. Alternatively you could choose to do so based on dimensions, and resize it to a 200x400 pixel size or some other fixed measurement of that nature.

Resizing and Saving the Photo

Once you’ve picked a size, all that you need to do is actually resize and edit the photo accordingly. The resizing itself should be relatively simple – just enter the scale or dimensions that you want the photo to be resized to.

When you go to save the photo however, you’ll have to choose the format that you’d like to save it into. The Movavi Photo Batch supports multiple different formats, so you can pick the one that suits your requirements best.

It is worth noting that if you have several photos that you need to resize you should add them all to the software so that they can be resized together rather than resizing each one individually. By doing so you’ll end up saving a ton of time, so be sure to keep it in mind when you start out.

Primped with this August Edition of BeautyBox5 : Review

I got busy for the past two weeks that I wasn't able to do any of the reviews that I have lined up for this month.  I love what's in the Beauty Box 5 this month.  It has printed nail pile with case, long wear eyeliner pen, Hot stuff go pop compact, moisturizer, and my favorite is the  deep conditioning hair treatment,
I have used  this pur lisse  moist hydra balance moisturizer before when we had our road trip a couple of months ago and  I loved it.  It's one of my favorite brands of moisturizer to take when  traveling because it is soothing and hydrating.  This anti aging moisturizer uses pl[ant extracts and Vitamin E which  surely give you a sensitive -skin-approved glow.  When you go on a long road trip and you want a refreshed skin at the end of the day, this moisturizer will give you that.
Lately, my daughter has been obsessed in painting her nails.  It's her way of avoiding to  bute her nails.  It became  a habit  that we are taking steps into breaking that biting of nails because it is not a really good  habit.  This nail pile comes in handy when she cleans her nails.
I haven't tell anyone this but my hair is getting thinner and thinner each  passing day.  It began alling  when I had my son, I mean it is not  so bad but I am worried that  one day, I will be bald. I used to have a very thick hair when I was younger.  My Mama used to condition it with  coconut milk once in a while which I really loveSo this coconut oil  reminds me of Mama.  I used this  conditioner twice already and love the  result.  It makes my hair so soft  and it eliminates hair tangles which is good.
This waterproof, starloks luxe longwear eyeliner  pen in plum  will go in the box that I will be sending for my sister.  She is  working as an office secretary in  school where I formerly work so I will send her some goodies.  I am sure she would like this , she knows make  and stuff more than me.
I don't wear make up so I will be sending this to my sister as well.  I love the shades  ubn this Jerome Alexander  Hot Stuff Go Pop Compacts.  It has a protective cse so I am sure this will be alright to ship.   What I like about this one is, it has two brushes.  You can use one on one side and use the other on the other shades.

Custom Rose Gold Initial Name Ring with Pearl Birthstone

I love custimized things so when I saw Name Stylish online, I thought it would be nice to have a ring with my  name initial in it. I have a necklace with a pendant  that has an initial R in it and thought that this would surely match it.  So I was ecstatic when  I contacted them and  they agreed to work with me.  I sumitted my order and few weeks later, I thought of checking out  the status of my  order and to my dismay, I have mistyped my righ size, ugh. Instead of 7 1/2, I wrote 9 1/2 which is a bummer.
I contacted them and told them about the size but it was too late, the ring was already made and  on its way.
Name Stylish sent me this customized Rose Gold  initial name ring with my birthstone, Pearl.  June has two birthstones (Pearl and Alexandrite) so I asked them if they have the latter but unfgfortunately, they don't have.
The photos I took doesn't really give the ring  a justice but it is a beautiful ring.  I showed my husband  this and he tried it on inhis finger and it fits perfectly on him, lol.  Anyway, you can check it out and browse their beautiful pieces.
