Warriors in Pink

wip logoHave you heard of Warriors in Pink?  It is an organization created  by Ford to  help in the fight  against breast cancer  So how can you help with this cause?    When you buy  Warrior wear and gear, 100% of the net proceeds  goes to Susan G. Komen for the cure or you can  choose your charity  such as  Young Survival Coalition, The Pink Fund, Act with Love.   All of these organizations  aims to fight  breast cancer.  You can find out more about them by visiting fordcares.com.

Warriors in Pink is very generous to sent me   five  items to review.   I received Warrior on Your Side Tee and Strength of the Warrior Yoga Pants.  The  Tee is in size small but it's a little big for me, it can however be accessorized with belt and it would look nice.  The Yoga Pants is  a perfect fit for me.  What I like about the Yoga pants is that, you can wear it even when you are going somewhere, it is very stylish!

I will be posting the items for the kids at my daughter's blog.  Thank you very much Warriors in Pink!

The First Step to Natural Beauty

photo treehutfoot-GoogleSearch_zpsdd84afd4.jpgOne thing that I  wish would change from my body is my feet.  I have a very thick skin  at my heels and sometimes they crack which is not  appealing at all.  Sometimes when I want to wear heels, I  always  put it back in the shoe rack because I am embarrassed  of my  thick  and cracked heels.  I have tried a couple of products  to smoothen it out but nothing really works.  But anyhow, I read about the  Tree Hut foot cream from one of the blogs I have visited  who also have the same  issue as me with her feet.  I learned that their foot cream has a  certified  organic shea butter which helps to repair your skin and moisturize it.  It also has a rose hip oil which is  known to have an anti aging property.  I love to try this  to see if it could help rejuvenate my  feet's skin.  I also like to try their foot scrub, as it has a  real and natural sugar that exfoliates  and smoothen your skin.
The  Tree Hut hand cream has Aloe Very and Peppermint Oil and it is  paraben free.   The aloe vera and the peppermint oil is a perfect combination to moisturize  ones's skin.  I dug a little deeper about  the product so I like Tree Hut on Facebook.  You might also want to like them in order for you to get their recent   deals and updates.  You can also  get in touch with them by following Tree Hut on Twitter.  Tree Hut products can also be found at Walmart stores so make sure to check on that.   I will definitely give Tree Hut foot and hand care products a try just so I could   put on  the ensemble that I am thinking below.

Aurorae Yoga

I am very fortunate to have been given a chance to work with some companies that provides fitness clothing such as Aurarae Yoga. They sent me the Synergy Yoga Mat Towel and Fitted Lenzing Modal Tank Top for review. The tank top goes well with the yoga pants that I got from other company. I love it as it is very soft and very comfortable. The yoga mat towel is perfect for me to use with my exercise routine at home. I can even bring t it outside if I want to meditate at our backyard.

On the other note, I also won a giveaway from another blog which makes my fitness partner very happy, my daughter.  Her's is very different than mine but they do have  the same high quality materials.

Aurorae offers yoga mats in illuminating colors, a focal point icon and extra long in length. Aurorae offers the best reviewed yoga mats, accessories & props online. You can browse their yoga mats, yoga bags, yoga accessories and yoga props  by visiting any of the links provided in this article.  Thank you so much Aurarae Yoga for providing me these  fitness  products!

Zaggora Pants

Remember the hot top that I reviewed a month ago from  Zaggora   I received another one to review and  this time it is the hot pants.   Thank you so much Zaggora!  I remember on my first  post, someone asked what kind of materials does Zaggora uses for their   clothing.  To answer that question,  fabric woven is  from recycled nano sized  coffee grounds, PVC bottles and Ice Cool Crystals.
What I like about  their fitness clothing is that, you would really sweat when you work out using it.  The good thing  even  when you are sweating is that, it neutralizes odor and keeps you cool and fresh.      If you want to buy  fitness clothing from Zaggora, just visit the link I have provided above.  They have  deals everyday.
I got the small size  which fits perfectly on my legs but the waist part is a little bigger but it wasn't too bad so I use it a lot in doing my work out at home, when riding a bike, or when I do my run.  I even wear it when I do gardening and I tell you, I sweat a lot which is perfect as I am trying to really work on  losing the stubborn tummy fat.  Below is an awesome video created  by Zaggora showcasing  how awesome women are!

Foods That Help Reduce Your Cholesterol

Reducing your cholesterol levels is as easy as changing your diet and exercising. It's important to choose foods that are healthy and plant based. Cholesterol comes from animal foods, and these are the main contributors of high cholesterol. Here are some foods to help you understand how to lower cholesterol in your everyday intake.
My Kids' favorite  snack

Oats are a delicious food that makes a hearty breakfast. Choose steel-cut oats for the most natural and healthiest choice. Cook oats in a pot of water by following the instructions on the package. You can add a small amount of sugar and fruit to make this meal a little sweeter. A serving of oats has only 166 calories and about five grams of fibre. The fibre in oats is what is responsible for lowering your cholesterol.

Eat Organic Soy

Organic soy is a perfect food for lowering your cholesterol. It is low in saturated fats and high in plant nutrients that your body needs. You can choose from soy milk, soy yoghurts, cheeses and even ice creams. You may want to snack on edamame, experiment with tofu or try protein-rich tempeh. These foods are increasing in popularity, and they taste great.

Eat Your Beans

Beans are a great food to have included in your diet. Black beans, kidney beans, pinto beans and lima beans are a few of the most popular choices. They can be added to soups, stews and burritos. They are a quick meal that packs a ton of fibre, no fat and a lot of nutrients. One serving of beans can have as much as half of your fibre needs for the day.

Get Your Greens

Green vegetables are a perfect food. They are low in calories but high in nutrients and fibre. Spinach, kale and collards are the best choices for heart-healthy greens to get your cholesterol levels regulated.

Nuts & Seeds

Nuts and seeds are high in calories and fat, but they are great in moderation. They contain heart-healthy fats, vitamins and protein. They provide long-lasting energy that will keep you full. Eat nuts after a workout to give your body a boost. Pumpkin seeds are an especially good choice since they are high in zinc. Walnuts have the highest level of omega-3 fatty acids.

Eat More Fruit

Fruit is the no-fat dessert that everyone dreams of. People are often afraid of fruit because it has sugar, but it also has a ton of vitamins you need. Fruit will give you energy and fibre. You can't go wrong with bananas, dates or melons.
When choosing cholesterol-lowering foods, go for plant-based foods in their natural state. Processed foods have hidden fats, nasty ingredients and can increase your weight and cholesterol levels.

Mother's Day 2013

Thank God, it's the last day of school today.  We ended it up with a celebration of mass at church and then we came home.  I have a lot of catching up to do with my blog posts, I am way behind the events  that I want to post.

My six years old son  made this at his art class in school.  He gave it to me right away when he came home from school.  I love the handprint on the bottle.  They painted  the inside part of the mason jar and then they made a card to go with the flower that says:

"Children have certain way,
of growing bigger everyday,
But this little Hand
and this special smile will stay
in our hearts a long, long while."
Happy Mother's Day.
Love, EJ
The same art teacher  helped the second graders made the projects for  Mother's day.  My daughter  have this plate  painted with glittery but clear paint then they glued two flowers  in it.  The card says:

I'm growing like a flower
With all your love and care
all your hugs and kisses
Make the good times that we share.

I'm growing like a flower
We know that it's true
So I made this card in 2nd grade
To say "I Love You."
My husband pampered me also.  He cooked breakfast in the morning, then we we went to church, we ate lunch at a Chinese restaurant and we did some shopping spree after wards.  He also gave me a pot of   miniature roses.
To my Lovelies, thank you for making my day a very special one!
I love how the backlight on the fist photo below is shaped like a heart.
How about you, how was your Mother's day?

Shoe Tree

Honey Can Do sent me this 3-Tier Revolving Shoe Tree in Chrome finish.  It has a durable Steel construction.  I have two  kids who  can't just figure out how to stack their shoes properly so having this  shoe tree helps me organize not just their shoes but mine as well.  This  shoe tree   stores up to 18 pairs of shoes.

I usually ask my husband to assemble this kind of things but I was so impressed how they labeled all the parts so precise.  All you have to do is  look at the illustration and you can easily put this thing together.  I was proud of myself for doing it myself hahaha.  Every packaging should be as simple as this one.  I hate those complicated ones that you have to read so many things and then you are still confused.
My husband and son's shoes were not included in the shoe tree since they have wide shoes and  does not really fit or it does fit but it takes too much space so I just used it for me and my daughter's shoes.  I thought that I did not have much shoes but I think I need two more of this to organize all of them lol. This shoe tree is very easy to  relocate since it has a handle on the top.

One more thing that I like about the shoe tree is that it only uses a single square of floor space.  I strongly recommend this especially if you have a  small entrance  way like we do.   It's definitely  a solution to save space and be organized with your shoes.   All the three levels revolves separately and  you can also adjust the height  to accommodate  small and large shoes.  It  gives you a flexible storage solution and easy access to every pair.   Honey Can Do has many Spring and Summer  collection  for every part of your home's needs so check them out through the links I have provided above.  Thank you so much Honey Can Do!

Garden Inspiration

We went for a walk last Friday after my  daughter's  piano lesson and I got to see so many beautiful  gardens along the way.  I got inspired so we dropped by at the store and  we bought some mulch and gardening  soil.  I also  bought a plant  to add in my existing plants in the flower bed.  I worked on that project the whole day last Saturday   I got sunburn that my husband was worried as he said that he never saw me  so red before.  After I drink  lots of water and showered, I was fine though.    Another source of inspiration that I have is the The Gro Project.  They have a lot of  fun garden projects that you can look and  learn from.

Let me tell you a little  bit about the project  that I did last weekend.  My husband find it hard to mow the smal strip of grass  at the corner of our yard so I decided to  just it  and plant something in it.  Since we did not have the kind of rock that we used before, I  decided to use mulch to add some colors to it.  I bought a  burning bush  then dug out some of my  hosta and  day lilies  at the backyard and planted it there.  The dandelion on that side of the yard is a bit heavy so to avoid  them from growing at the flower bed, I use the landscape netting after I  laid out the Miracle-Gro gardening soil, then top it off with the mulch.  I haven't  buy the Moisture Control Potting Mix that I need but I will do that next time we go to the store.

You might want to watch some of the project that could inspire you through the video below.  You can follow the Miracle Gro Pinterest page and be updated of their projects all year round.  Miracle Gro has an expansive library of articles and videos  full of expert gardening tips for beginners  and professionals alike.  You would also benefit  from the online tools  that will help you solve common  garden problems and find the right product for a healthy and beautiful garden that you want.

5 Fitness Activities to Get You Closer to Nature

When your only experience of keeping fit occurs within the bland walls of a gym, working out on cold gym equipment under a barrage of bass-heavy techno music and TV screens, it’s little wonder if you’re finding it hard to keep motivated. It’s probably time you take your workout regime into the great outdoors and turn fitness into a pleasure, not a chore. Here are our top 5 picks for the best fitness activities to get you closer to nature and as far away from the gym as you can get.

Hiking is a low impact activity that can be done at any age and any fitness level. Whether you’re hiking through forested national parks, across hinterland ranges, alongside winding rivers or up challenging mountain ranges, hiking allows you access to a boundless array of natural terrain. Exploring the world on foot gets you up close and personal with the natural environment and is an activity that you can take at your own pace. You don’t need to spend a fortune on gear and you don’t need to acquire any special skills before you can do it, so it’s a sport for anywhere, anytime, anybody.

Cycling makes for a great way to explore the natural world. It doubles as a cheap and healthy mode of transportation, so lots of people choose to do holiday cycling tours rather than road trips or travelling by bus, train or plane. It allows you to enjoy the journey, not just the destination. Cycling tracks and tours are a common drawcard all over the world as more and more nature lovers discover the much-loved past time as the ideal balance of fitness and nature. Cycling is ideal for building fitness from the ground up and gradually conditioning muscles back into shape after injuries as it’s a low impact sport that is easy on joints.

Whether it’s the salty surf, vast lakes, meandering rivers or foamy rapids, kayaking is the ideal way to explore the natural world from its waterways. Not only does it give you access to some of the most breathtaking natural wonders that the world’s waters have to offer, but it’s a great workout. Paddling through the water lets you take in the earth’s natural beauty with a whole new perspective, and gives you an intimate look into the planet’s lifeblood as you glide over submerged ecosystems.

Surfing is a sport that’s renowned for being utterly loved by all those who practice it, rarely will you find a surfer whose interest is only in half-measure. Surfers will tell you that, through surfing, they develop a passionate bond with the ocean and with nature. They watch the sun rise, hunt beaches all over the world for the perfect break, and spend hours floating in calm sea and conquering white water and blissful barrels. It’s great for the mind, the body, and the soul, and it’s never too late to learn.

Mountain Biking

If you’re after a bit of action and excitement while you’re getting acquainted with nature, then mountain biking is the sport for you. You can careen down hillsides, mountainous ranges, rocky terrain, lush valleys, along winding river systems and through wooded forests. You’ll feel the fresh air through your helmet and dash through exquisite terrain with breathtaking scenery on all sides. It’s challenging, it’s fun, and it’s thrilling, and offers riders an incredible way to experience the outdoors. With an outdoor activity like these, keeping fit turns into a side-effect of a healthy life and a passion for nature, watching the scales turns into watching the wildlife, and dreading the gym turns into eager anticipation to get the blood pumping. If this sounds like something you’d love, get yourself outside and experience the healing effects of fresh air and green surrounds.

If you are a tech savvy mum who is looking for the perfect smartphone, there are plenty of good choices for you. There are a number of great features available and on phones that run on each of the major smartphones platform, from Android, Windows Phone and iPhone. However, if you are like many, you want to be able to control exactly what your child or children do and see on your smartphone. There is one phone that is perfect if you are looking for this and a number of high tech features. This is none other than the Nokia Lumia 920, which runs on Windows Phone 8. Here are some of the key aspects of the device that you should consider.

Speech Features

The Lumia 920 is easy to use yet includes a rich array of great features that would satisfy the most discriminating of tech savvy individuals. It has speech features that allow you to speak into the phone to tell it to do any number of things, such as compose a text message, open a certain app or call one of your contacts. This can even be done while the phone is locked, which is a must for busy mothers who are chasing after small children.

Quality Camera

The Nokia Lumia 920 has an incredible main rear-facing camera that is perfect for capturing all the best moments that involve your kids. It is 8.7 megapixels and includes Nokia’s famous PureView technology, which gives you the opportunity to snap quality photos, including those shot in low light situations. In addition, it doubles as a video camcorder that can capture 1080p HD video. What makes video capturing so special is that the Lumia 920 ensures that all your videos are crystal clear and free of blur, even when your hand is shaking or if the object you are photographing is constantly moving, just like your kids do.

You can also quickly share your photos and videos in a snap. To do this, all you need to do is open a particular photo or video and select the option of sharing it via email, through a text message or to Facebook or other social networking websites.

Kids Corner

Perhaps one of the best features of the Lumia 920 that makes it such a great choice for busy mothers is Kids Corner. This is a feature that is built into the phone and all others that run on Windows Phone 8 that allows you to choose which apps your kids will have access to when they want to play with your device. You can select games, choose a theme color and keep your calling, text messaging, finance apps and other things you don’t want your kids to have access to completely protected.

Integrated Social Networking

Social networking is a big part of the Nokia Lumia 920. You have quick access to multiple social networks on the smartphone, which has Facebook, Twitter and multiple email providers built in. You can choose to integrate all of your social networks and email addresses, as well as all your contacts within each, into the People Hub. From there, you can easily locate any one of your contacts and choose how you want to get in touch with them, whether you want to call them, send them a text, send them an email, write on their Facebook wall or more.

Merlot's Natural Grape Seed Skin Care

I don't use make up,  so what you see is what you get when you see  my face. With my age (turning 40 next month), you can see some lines showing up in my skin  already.  That's probably because I am not fond of using any kind of beauty products to make my skin looks younger and fresher.  Since I am turning into the big 4-0,  I decided to give  Natural Grape Seed Skin Care from Merlot,   a try.

They sent me  three products to try for FREE in exchange of an a fair review.  I chose the First Crush 3-in-1 Blemish and Acne Treatment.  It cleanse and tone your skin and treat the  acne and blemishes.  With its purifying cleanser, it gently removes the impurities  of your skin.  I also love the fact that it has a salicylic acid which take care of the blemish causing bacteria.  I love using this on night time before going to bed and  in the morning when I woke up to clean my face.  This cost $19.95.

Another one that I choose is the Moonlight Radiance Night Cream, it has a state of the art peptides and natural grape seed antioxidants to effectively combats deep wrinkles, fine lines, and signs of pre-mature aging.  I have yet to document the effect of this so I would see after a month or so of using this one.  They also sent me a free travel-size  grape seed moisturizer.  Do you see those wrinkles forming beside my eye and cheek?
If you want to get in touch with Merlot, like them in Facebook or sign up with their email newsletter to have a first look of their updates and deals.  Thank you very much Merlot for this opportunity of trying your products.

Biking and Bonding with Mother Nature

Both of our  children love outdoors.  As soon as the weather got a little warmer, we rode our bikes and  exercise our legs.  There is a nearby  rough road  at our neighborhood and we sometimes go there.
Aside from biking, we get to explore the woods.  They love to see  things and  oftentimes asks gazilion questions about it.  Our son is fearless, he would  always do things that scares me like  crossing  the tree trunks  that laid in between the two hills.  Hubby said that I worry too much lol.
Our daughter prefers to stay where me and my husband are.  .
We do this  kind of  bonding with nature many times during warm weather.  It gives the kids the chance to appreciate what mother nature can bring  for happiness and contentment.

You might think that  we are weird  because we don't have video games at home.  Hubby and I  doesn't believe that there's good things  that children can get out of video games.  We'd rather  make them work on puzzles and other  board games rather than video games.

County Fair

Eating and drinking at a county fair, carnival or movie theater is as much about the spectacle as it is the taste. Buying popcorn from a large old popping machine or cotton candy from a giant spindle of sugar brings out the little kid in everyone. What better way to throw your own party or event than getting your own popcorn machine, snow-cone maker or nacho warmer. People will be lining up for food and talking for hours about what a great addition the concessions are to your event. The reason these machines work so well at creating a buzz is that people aren't used to seeing them. People only experience popcorn makers and cotton candy machines at amusement parks or older movie theaters, but that doesn't have to be the case anymore.

Whether you're planning an intimate backyard gathering with friends and family or a large event for the benefit of your community, concession supplies are designed to please everyone's sight, smell and taste. They hold a sense of tradition that excites the young and makes the young at heart nostalgic for older days. When you order a beverage or hot dog machine from equipsupply.com, you'll get free shipping to make the budget for your event as big as affordable as possible. These machines aren't designed to break the bank, they are there to make everything more fun and convenient: for both the guests and the organizers.

Personalized Weight Loss Coaching

When I was still working in school, one of the priest administrators, a friend of mine has a diabetes.  I believe he still has the health condition but he  is maintaining certain medications   for it. He said that  having a diabetes is  very hard because you can't  really eat whatever you want, you have to watch out your diet and everything.

Anyhow, one of the members in the group that I am in  has a diabetes and  she shares her experiences  about  it at her blog.  She  also mentioned the  Dukan Diet type 2 diabetes diet plan that she recently looked at.  I also read a very good review about this diet for people with Type 2 Diabetes .  The said diet has four phases which include the following:
  1. Phase 1 is Attack where a kick start of the diet  focuses on the protein.
  2. Phase 2 is  Cruise - The protein on the first phase will be gradually replaced by  32 kinds of vegetables.
  3. Phase 3  is Consolidation  -   On this stage, you will be reintroduced to the  previous  foods that you were restricted to eat  from the previous phases.
  4. Permanent Stabilization This is now the adaptation of what you have learned of eating healthy.
If you want to learn more about the diet plan, you should check out the website by visiting the  links I have provided above.  Losing weight even when you don't have health issues is hard  and it is harder when you have  health issues.  That is  why a unique personalized weight loss coaching from a professional is  a must.  The diet  will be designed according to your body needs, of what your body can take, and how it will react to certain diet plan.

I remember  when I was in my twenties, I gained weight and I felt like I was the heaviest person in the world.  I began a drastic  change into my eating habits without consulting a doctor and I ended up in the hospital.  From then on, I promised myself not to go back of my poor  eating habits and  gain weight.  I watch what I eat now and  do regular exercise.  It is better to stay fit because not only you feel good about yourself but you also influence  positive vibes to the people around you.

Graduation Day

My husband decided to go back to school after he retired from his 20 years of service in the Navy.  He finished his Accounting degree last Fall at Robert Morris University in PA.  This coming Saturday will be  the commencement exercise so our weekend will be busy again.  He doesn't want to  march for the graduation but I encouraged him to.  It would inspire our kids  that no matter what age you are, if you still want to pursue your education, you can still do it.
I am so glad that he did not  go back to work after retiring because it gave us ample  time for family time.  I miss the time when he was in school because we can do  things a lot but now that he is working again, our time is very limited.  You can't have it all right?  Sacrifice is always a factor  in order to provide a good quality  of life for your children.  I am just grateful that I get to  work at home because I can be with my kids most of the time and attend to their needs.

He will receive his degree with a flying colors, a Suma Cumlaude honor will be awarded to him.  We are so proud of you Dad!

The Key to Finding the Right Gym for You

Lots of people struggle to commit to their gym membership and end up wasting their contract or cancelling it early as they attend so infrequently. There are lots of common pitfalls when it comes to choosing a gym, and avoiding these makes it much more likely that you’ll actually stick to your fitness plan and carry on using your gym. Ask yourself a few key questions before you sign up to make sure you’ll be in the best possible position to use it effectively.
“Where is the gym?”

If your gym is halfway across town, it can be difficult to motivate yourself to make the journey. If you live in Brighton, for example, make sure you find a nearby gym in Sussex rather than one far away. Ideally, you should find a gym within a 15 minute travel of your starting point. Even better is one within walking distance of your home or workplace. This means you can warm up by jogging to the gym, and it keeps you gently moving on the walk home so your muscles don’t seize up.

“What contract can I afford?”

Just because it’s more cost-effective to agree to a two year contract, if it costs more than you can afford overall, opt for the shorter contract. If you’re often away from home for work, a pay-as-you-go scheme or a pay monthly rolling contract can offer you more flexibility. Some gyms include the cost of classes or use of spa facilities in their membership fee, so bear this in mind when comparing prices. No-frills memberships can be less than £20 a month if you’re on a tight budget.

“Which facilities will I use?”

If you love swimming, don’t feel inclined to opt for a cheaper gym just for the sake of saving a few pounds a month. Equally, don’t pay for a contract which includes classes if you only want to use the gym equipment.

“What are the other members like?”

In a gym situation, it’s important to be with other people in the same situation as you. Whether it’s people of the same age or the same fitness level, it’s far less intimidating to work out with people like you than an entire room full of gym bunnies who know a treadmill like the back of their hand.  If you want to find a suitable gym, ask your friends which gyms they use for the best indication of the gyms who will be able to offer you the best service for what you want to get out of your workout.

Down the Football Field

Instead of riding our bikes, we decided to go for a walk so  the "Boys" can play ball at the Madonna High School's  football  field.  Me and Ms. Burrito brought our hula hoops so we could do our exercises as well.  One thing that I love when we go to the woods, our children seems seems to be so relaxed.  They love to run around the grass and  looked at things such as bugs and other things around.
We have been  having cold weather again for the past couple of days so  we have not ride our bikes.  I hope that the frost that we had   the other night will not affect the plants that I am growing in my garden.

Soldier Boy

Children's imagination  is very funny sometimes.  My son in particular would always  gather things and put it in a backpack or a box and he calls it survival kit.    Inside the  bag or box, you would find band aid, alcohol,  whistle, compass and other things including food.  Then he would demonstrate how he would  survive just in case a bad guy or an animal would attack him.  It is hilarious to watch  him.
He always wear his Dad's military hat and he would  announce that the "Soldier Boy" is arriving.

Feel the OO

I am very glad that I was given a chance to work with OOFOS, a company that  created the footwear for recovery and recharge.  They use a cutting age material called OOFoam to make you experience the OOfeel when you  wear their footwear.  I can honestly say that  after wearing  this OOahh slide that I got, it is way better than the regular  ones that I wore before.
I have a wide feet so I  chose to order the OOahh slide  rather than the OOriginal Thong that I initially  liked.  But yeah, you can choose from three different  styles depending on what kind of comfort you are looking for.  If you are looking for a comfort for your toes, the OOriginal Thong is the  perfect one to choose, if you want  a comfort for your sole, you've got to get the OOahh slide  like the one I got, and the OOcloog Clog is  the best choice for all around your feet comfort.

I love wearing mine around the house after I got done with my work out or after I do my jogging, it really  gives you that recharge feeling that your feet  needs.  So are you ready to feel the OO?  You can buy their products by visiting  the link above to go to their website or like them in  Facebook or follow them  in Twitter and Pinterest.

OOfoam technology absorbs 37% more impact to help relieve stress and fatigue from the body.  The initial try on and rejuvenating experience you have when you slip into our shoes is called Feel the OO.  Wearing their  footwear will not only give you the comfort that you need but a recharging experience as well.

How To Not Run In A Totally Embarrassing Way

I see pictures of girls running and I always pray to God that is what I look like. Then, I start to really think about what my face is doing and in my head I think I look like an Olympic runner but in reality, I probably look like a little crazy with eyes all squinty from the sun and my mouth hanging open to breathe some fresh air. For you runners out there that run in a neighborhood, at the gym, or anywhere with people around, there are a few things you should remember to make sure you don't look incredibly stupid while you are working out. Don't brush this off with one of those, "I don't care what people think about me" sayings. Yes you do. Everyone does. Here's my advice to all you runners out there who want to look a little less embarrassing while you are doing your thing on your jog.

Be aware of your face.

I always run at the worst times of the day. Either bright and early when the sun is right in my line of vision or around 6 at night, when the sun is setting and is still in my line of vision. It's the worst because I feel like I am getting a huge sunburn, and my eyes are all squinty and I just know I look really silly. So in order to keep your face from looking like a fat Asian baby, really concentrate on making sure your eyes are either fully open or just simply look down at the ground while you are running. The best part about this trick is it takes your mind off of running for a second so for a few blissful moments, you forget that you were ever staring directly into the sun.

Watch your shadow.

Ah, the vainest advice of them all. When in doubt, check out your shadow. It's like a dark mirror that makes you look good because it highlights the contours of your body rather than all of your imperfections like a real mirror. Stupid real mirrors. Anyway, check out your shadow and make sure your back isn't hunched over and that your arms and legs are moving at a steady pace. Don't forget to hold your head up, too. Fake that you are enjoying this run and it will actually come across as such.

Keep your arms moving.

This might sound silly, because of course you move your arms when you run. But I know a few people who keep their arms as stiff as robots while on the treadmill. This looks like you are a crazy person. Remember that episode of Friends when Phoebe runs all crazy-like and throws her arms in the air and flails them about? Well, you don't have to go to this extreme, but make sure your arms are actually moving from side to side rather than looking like a still-life painting.

Wear sunglasses and a hat.

When all else fails, just cover up your entire face. Hide those squinty eyes with some sunglasses. Cover up your head with a hat. Throw on a jacket for good measure and go for a run. No one will even recognize you so you can look as embarrassing as you please with no remorse.
