Welcoming the 2017

As the  year 2016 come to an end, I want to  thank God for the wonderful time this year has been.  Although we have  experienced some bumps along the way but we were blessed with so many  and for that I am grateful.  This year was an eye opener for me.  I got to  really examine who I can trust and  realized who the most important  people are in my life.  I am sad to let some go but that's life.  The  important thing is that we learned from our  mistakes and moved on from there.
Our plan is to celebrate our new year here at our  new home but  a family friend invited us to ring in the new year at their new home so we will try to do that this year.  That would be something different as we always  spend our new years at home.
I hope that I would be able to talk to My Mom before  the year ends.  It will depend on the  signal of the phone at our place.  They just had a typhoon during Christmas and  they are still on black out there.  That's the problem with my Mom's place, it is so remote that when typhoon hits, electric always goes out.
Anyway, I want to wish you all a happy new year.  May the new year brings us all  some peace and prosperity.  Cheers!  God bless you all!

  2. Sometimes letting go of those people who you really can't trust is the best thing. It may not feel like it at the time, but in the long run, it'll be better. I hope you were able to talk to your mom!

  3. Happy New Year! Going into the next year is always something I see as just another day really. It would be great if 2017 came with a lot of accomplishments, but I don't feel that 2016 really ended with many.
