Artfully Improving Health Through Science

I mentioned in my previous post that my husband is on  the "Biggest Loser" program that the company he is working for  is sponsoring.  He has been working out and eating healthier now so he lost  16 lbs already since I wrote the article about the detox product that we have.  The said  products works great on him as it boost his energy  but it is making him to break out so he stop using that and now he is  pimple free so we know that that was the cause of his break out.
Anyhow, here's his  recent photo after losing  16 pounds.  Saturdays is his cheat day, I sometimes cook food that has more than the calories that he needs and yesterday, we decided to treat him at Eat N' Park.
On the other note, I have been hitting the outdoors for my run too.  Although we have been  getting  cold weather surprises from here and there, I still run outside as I prefer to breath fresh air more than running  at our treadmill in the basement.  I weighed 97.8 when I started and I am down to 94.4 lbs now.
Aside from working out, I also got this weight management dietary supplement from Herbtheory.  This helps to promote  optimal weight when accompanied by diet and exercise.  This is vegan, gluten-free, wild-crafted herbs, and non-GMO.   Herbtheory is committed to providing the absolute best quality condition specific herbal supplements, hence, artfully improving health through science.  I love that it's non-GMO and gluten-free.  So far, hubby has been taking this and working good as he is trying to lose weight.  He lost 18 pounds already since his weight loss  journey started.  Taking these supplements at the same time exercising and trimming down your diet really works.
It feels so good to be back  in my fitness routine once again.  I feel stronger as I don't run out of breath so easily when I  do my runs.  I hope that I can keep this up.   Hubby and I  promised each other to  eat healthy from then on and keep our healthy lifestyle so we could be there for our  children when they each have their own families.

  5. Congratulations to you both for your efforts to stay healthy and manage your weight. While I too am trying to lose weight, my hubby is the opposite. He needs to gain weight so he will be healthy enough to have his heart valve replacement surgery. If I could only make my excess weight move from me to him! Haha.

  15. the hubby is looking great! nice of his company to sponsor something like this program. i was watching the local biggest loser season and it really is inspiring how many pounds the challengers lose. made me want to lose a few of my own unwanted pounds. I just wish i had the luxury to run in the morning without worrying whom to leave the little one behind. hopefully when he goes to school in June, i can work out something so that I can begin running regularly.
