Losing Weight

This is the very first bike that I own.  Growing up, I never had one.  I  got to learn how to ride a bike when I was about 18 years old lol.
This is Mr. Burrito's  Cobra bike.  My husband   removed the training wheels for a day and he can ride without it  but he isn't confident enough so  he put it back on.  I am so glad  that my son is growing up healthy, the doctors scared me when I was pregnant with him because they said that the baby inside me  has something wrong but God is good.  He only had a  jaundice when he was born.  Let me share the word  Xanthopsia, a  visual defect in which objects appear to have a yellowish hue which sometimes occurs in cases of jaundice
Ms. Burrito's bike, Misty.  All of us are so dark now from biking too much during the day.
Me and hubby have the same brand of bikes.  I like the setting f the bikes because you can adjust it  and change gears  the way you want it.
Hubby lost some pounds   already by taking a walk every morning,  riding bike with us in the afternoon, and  giving up the iced tea (he drink pure water now).  Way to go hon!  Now, I have to work on achieving my goal of losing my  tummy fat.. sigh..   This tummy fat is so stubborn so I gotta be persistent in getting rid of it.

  2. It is so good to be back from vacation to visit my blogging friends again.

It is great that your family all go biking. Your photos make me smile because I know that you and your family are very special. Thank you for your visits while we have been on vacation. I think you are very pretty and lets not start about dieting. HA! A real challenge for most of us.

    Happy days to you all.

  17. Beautiful bike! I love the color!

Ice tea is so good, but can be so bad! Water is the best but it is so hard to only drink water!

Good luck to all of you!

  28. I used to ride bike all the time, but when you stop, which I did for 20+ years, it's hard to pick up where you left off. I did not ride bike in NY but when I returned home I rode bike and my children's friends took my bike and I have not seen it since. It was a Huffy and I really liked it.

Good for you guys! There are so many reward to walking and riding bike!!
