Brisk Walking

Ever since the school started, I have been brisk walking after I dropped off my kids to school.  Our neighborhood is a safe place to go for a walk.  The photos below were taken today, I remember to bring my camera with me.
I saw these two crows  at the back of the college building.
I am happy that I am back on track with my   work out.  Maybe I can lose some of these stubborn fats that have been  resting in my tummy lol.

  3. Beautiful shots, indeed! It is always nice to be able to go for a walk outside and around the neighborhood. I do miss the mountain hike though and see the beautiful nature and smell fresh air. :) hehehehehe...

  14. go girl go! I wish I had sidewalks to walk on - like when I lived in California. It's still too hot here anyway, but soon! Great picture of the crow on tip of old tree and lovely sunset!
